Aasted Mikroverk Midi C425 Moulding Line is designed for solid and filled chocolate (dual layer filling possible, jam filling, liqueurs, dosing drum for delicacies), pralines, chocolate bars, etc…

  • Year of manufacture: 1998 – Installation, startup and start production in 2004 r.
  • Capacity: up to 10 moulds/min. – for 100g plain chocolate capacity is 2880 kg/8 hours.
  • Number of moulds: 476 pcs. (600 pcs in whole set of each kind)
  • Mould size: 425x275x40mm
  • Cooling time with 10 form/min line speed: 28,8 min
  • Compressed air capacity: ~180 L/min, 6 bar

Equipment like FCT stamp, depositor plates, demolding section vacuum plates, moulds with transportation stands are available for all following products possible to made using this line:

  • Chocolate 100g (24 brackets) – bar size 153x74x9mm – plain or filled.
  • Chocolate 100g (12 brackets) – bar size 153x74x9mm – plain or filled suitable for dual layer fillings, each bracket separated).
  • Chocolate 120g (24 brackets) – bar size 154x75x12mm – plain or filled.
  • Cherry pralines 12,5g – diameter 29mm, height 20mm – plain, filled, delicacies dosing, liqueurs dosing, jam and filling dosing.
  • Gianduiotto pralines 11,0g – size 46x15x20mm – plain, filled, delicacies dosing, liqueurs dosing, jam and filling dosing.
  • Chocolate Bars 30g – size 92x32x9mm – plain, filled, delicacies dosing, liqueurs dosing, jam and filling dosing.
